Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the OR World platform (website, mobile app, or any associated service), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use OR World services. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete. OR World reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel transactions at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security. OR World will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

OR World provides the following services:

• Cryptocurrency buying and selling
• Gift card trading (buying and selling)
• Airtime to cash conversion
• Bill payments (electricity, cable TV, data, airtime, exam pins)
• Virtual dollar card issuance
• Crypto-backed loans
• Savings and interest-bearing deposits
• Airdrop participation

All services are subject to availability. OR World reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Exchange rates and fees applicable to transactions are displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Rates may fluctuate due to market conditions. OR World reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time. A virtual dollar card creation fee of ₦6,500 applies per card. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Funds deposited into your OR World wallet are for use within the platform only. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be delayed for security purposes. OR World is not a licensed bank or financial institution. Wallet balances do not earn interest unless enrolled in a savings product. We reserve the right to freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use OR World for any of the following:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activities
• Providing false or misleading information
• Using stolen payment methods or credentials
• Attempting to manipulate exchange rates or system functionality
• Abusing referral or airdrop programs
• Any activity that violates Nigerian law or international sanctions

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

OR World may require identity verification (KYC) to comply with applicable laws and regulations. You agree to provide accurate documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC may result in restricted account access or transaction limits.

Virtual dollar cards are issued for personal use only. Cards are non-refundable once issued. OR World is not responsible for declined transactions at merchant terminals. Card top-up and usage are subject to applicable fees. Cards may be cancelled if used for prohibited activities.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. OR World will not be liable for funds sent to wrong wallet addresses. Always verify wallet addresses before initiating a transfer. Sell-crypto requests require admin verification and may take up to 24 hours.

OR World and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to OR World in the 30 days prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OR World, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

OR World reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending transactions may be cancelled.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
